Info Booth Assistants

Welcome to the Information Booth in the Vendor Village! 

Tasks include:

• Answering guest questions

• Assisting with merchandise, demo gear card sales, all access pass sales, and membership sales

• Handling cash and credit card transactions

• Helping other volunteers check in

• Handing out press passes

• Helping sponsors with various needs

This position is outside please dress for cold temperatures, we advise you to have winter boots, a warm jacket hat, and gloves. 

The Information Booth is open from 8am to 4pm. 

Location: Information Booth in the Vendor Village next to the Lower Bridge.

Please be on time as we want to make sure we can train you before we open at 8am! At the end of your shift, please check in with an OIPI staff member, as we need to make sure the second round of volunteers are trained before handing off the baton! If you need to leave early, please check in with an OIPI staff member. Thank you!
